Registration
For students and employees, the TiHoCard is also the library card. This means that you can register to use the library free of charge. However, you must have your TiHoCard registered at the front desk before you can borrow or order items for the first time. Therefore, please bring your valid identity card or passport in combination with a registration confirmation from the public order office to register.
Please complete and sign the registration form and deliver it to us in person (for data protection reasons, please do not send it by e-mail).
Find and borrow textbooks
We offer a wide selection of printed textbooks. You will find these in our upper reading room. You are also welcome to use our library catalog to search for literature. ou can also find a selection of textbooks as e-books.
Campus network from external computers
Many library services (e.g. the VetCenter) are accessible via the TiHo campus network by default. In order to be able to read them from home or on the road as a TiHo student, you need external access to the campus network. You can find out how to use this here.
