In emergencies outside opening hours, please present your pet directly to the clinic's emergency service.

The clinic's emergency service bell is located at the right-hand entrance.

Please note that if you present your pet to the emergency service (i.e. without a prior appointment or regular appointment), double the fee will be charged. On all public holidays, at weekends and during the night service during the week (17:00 - 08:00) there is an additional one-off emergency service fee of €58 incl. VAT.

The best way to transport a seriously ill bird is in a small, dark transport box, which should be temperature-controlled and lined with clean paper or a towel.
