WHY do I have to pay a higher rate for an emergency?
- Emergencies are life-threatening situations in which we want to help you as quickly as possible
- In the event of an emergency, we are provide a service day and night, which requires corresponding personnel and medical resources and therefore incurs considerable costs
- For this reason, fewer and fewer vets are offering a continuous emergency service!
- Even the increased fee rate does not fully compensate for the costs incurred
- In addition to the increased fee rate, the emergency fee we charge at night and at weekends is required by law
Please note that if your pet is presented to the emergency service (i.e. without a prior appointment or regular appointment), double the fee will be charged.
On all public holidays, weekends and during the night service during the week (17:00 - 08:00) there is an additional emergency service fee of €58 incl. VAT.
