Please note: You can only make regular appointments here. Your appointment requests will only be answered on working days. If you have an emergency and cannot reach us by phone, you can come directly to the clinic.
We are there for you on site 24 hours a day. If your animal is presented as an emergency (i.e. without a regular appointment), the fee is generally double. On all public holidays, weekends and during night shifts during the week (5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.) there is an additional one-off emergency service fee of €58 including VAT
