We would be happy to take the time to advise you thoroughly. For this purpose, it is advisable that we schedule an appointment, during which a veterinarian can fully focus on your issues and questions. We will document the results of the consultation so that we can assist you directly or over the phone in the future.
Attention! Due to staffing reasons, it may happen that telephone inquiries are not possible from time to time. We ask for your understanding.
- Please call us on 0511-953-6800 (Mon. - Fri.: 09:00 - 12:00 and 13:30 - 15:00)
- We will arrange a consultation appointment with you, which is initially reserved for you
- Please send us the examination request including the data protection declaration (Anmelde_und_Datenschutzschein.pdf) within 5 working days, otherwise we will not be able to record your data. By email (hrv-sekretariat@tiho-hannover.de) or by post
- Please make sure that we have the correct telephone number
- We will call you at the agreed time - the time may vary slightly depending on the emergency situation, we will endeavour to be punctual
- We will send you the invoice after the consultation. A consultation is billed according to the list of services (price overview_status_2023), per started 15 minutes.
