Apotome

Axio Imager M2 with ApoTome (Zeiss)

for shots of „confocal-like“ fluoreszenz pictures with highly reduced diffused light
on an anti-vibration-basis. 

Fluoreszenz-light:   HXP120 white light source
transmitted light:   Halogen-lamp HAL 100

Via the black/white camera the pictures can be transferred directly into the Software „ZEN2 blue“ to regard and work on them.
Additional color camera for histology.

FACS analysis for single-cell-suspensions of fixed and non-fixed S2-samples.
Compatible with classical FACS-tubes or Eppis as well as with automatic samplic of different plates (96 well etc.).
Attune works based on hydrodynamic and additional acustic focussing.
Possible throughput rate:  1 ml/min

Climate chamber CO2 and temperature adjustable.
Holder for different plates and slides.
Via the black/white camera the pictures can be transferred directly into the Software „NIS“ to regard and work on them.
