Databases

The following portals can be used to search for specialised literature:

VetSearch

Our discovery system allows literature searches of several databases at the same time and is therefore well suited for a thematic entry. Searches can be subsequently restricted, combined, saved and exported. Each result leads to the catalogue, the full text, the location or displays an order option.

PubMed

PubMed is based on the MEDLINE database of the National Library of Medicine (USA) and covers the diverse fields of medicine, nursing, veterinary medicine and related sciences.

DBIS - Database Information System

The CAB Abstracts contain bibliographic references to the literature published worldwide in all fields of agriculture and related disciplines (including veterinary medicine).
