Gender Equality Plan
On 14.09.2021, the TiHo Senate unanimously adopted the 4th update of the Equal Opportunities Plan with a term of two years in agreement with the presidium. Due to the TiHo's accession to the Diversity Charter in May 2021, the KfG has expanded the range of activities in the new version to include further diversity aspects. The field of equality work at the TiHo is now broader than the legal requirements.
