Ina-Pichlmayr-Mentoring for young female researchers at MHH and TiHo
The TiHo promotes participation in the Ina Pichlmayr Mentoring program of the MHH for postdoctoral researchers.
In 2027, three TiHo female scientists can participate in the program again!
Information on the Application
The next call for applications for the 14th cycle is scheduled for spring 2027.
Application requirements for potential mentees are:
- Completed doctorate
- Career goal: professorship or comparable scientific career
The application process for mentees:
Step 1: Send a written application to the Equal Opportunities Office at TiHo during the application period.
Required application documents:
- Cover Letter
- Profile sheet for mentees (will be provided in due time)
- Tabular curriculum vitae with scientific career (in descending order)
- Motivation Letter (Expectations of the Program and the Mentoring Partnership)
- fully detailed bibliography separated by original works, abstracts, and others
- Directory of Courses
- Teaching evaluation (if available)
- Directory of independently acquired third-party funds

Step 2: After reviewing the documents, the selection of the candidates takes place by the Commission for Gender Equality of TiHo.
Step 3: After the selection of the candidates, an admission interview takes place at the Equal Opportunities Office of the MHH.
Step 4: After the matching, MHH will inform you about your mentor.
Payment of the personal contribution of €200 (in the case of a written confirmation)
