Our laboratory has been accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 for the following analyses of food:

  • Detection of genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
  • Detection of shigatoxin-producing E. coli (STEC)

Furthermore, we offer further services in our diagnostic laboratory. In addition to animal species differentiation (beef, pork, turkey, chicken) and sex determination of submitted meat samples, these also include the detection of Clostridium botulinum toxins and the determination of other allergens such as soy, Sellerie, Soja, gluten and pistachio.
