The Dairy Hygiene Working Group is concerned with the safety and quality of milk and milk products in research and teaching. Consumers should be protected from microbial risks, residues and contaminants from milk and receive a product that is valuable in terms of taste and nutritional physiology. To this end, we conduct results-oriented research and teach in a practical manner with the aim of expanding knowledge and methods relating to milk.
