Sequencing facility (TIHOMICs)
TIHOMICs is part of our scientific unit that specifically deals with high-throughput sequencing and offers various OMICs methods for a wide range of application areas in cooperation projects with scientists and research groups.
Our team has many years of experience in the field of OMICs and is happy to provide support with project planning, sequencing, quality control and data analysis (upon request).
In our lab, we have different tools and machines for library preparation and quality control (TapeStation, Covaris etc.) as well as two high-throughput sequencers, an Illumina NextSeq2000 and an Illumina MiSeq, offering lots of opportunities for genome- transcriptome and epigenome-anayses.
Two high-throughput sequencers, an Illumina NextSeq2000 and an Illumina MiSeq, are available for sequencing.
