Sequencing facility (TIHOMICs)
TIHOMICs is part of our scientific unit that specifically deals with high-throughput sequencing and offers various OMICs methods for a wide range of application areas in cooperation projects with scientists and research groups.
Our team has many years of experience in the field of OMICs and is happy to provide support with project planning, sequencing, quality control and data analysis (upon request).
Two high-throughput sequencers, an Illumina NextSeq2000 and an Illumina MiSeq, are available for sequencing.
Please contact us for further information and briefly describe your planned project, stating sample type, number of samples and sequencing type, or you are welcome to fill out the sequencing request form directly without obligation.
