The Institute of Animal Genomics offers genetic testing as a service for various domestic and farm animals.
Please note that this is a supplementary service from the research laboratory, so only the tests shown here can be carried out. Please also note that in connection with the realignment of the institute (10/2023) as an institute for animal genomics, the genetic test offering has changed or adjustments have been made. Please find out in good time BEFORE taking the sample whether the test you want is (still) offered. Unfortunately, ancestry and cytogenetic examinations cannot be carried out.

Dog
From 10/2023, dog genetic tests will no longer be offered. Please contact suitable testing laboratories to find out about the possibility of carrying out genetic tests for the different breeds.
