Accreditation
The Central Evaluation and Accreditation Agency (ZEvA) evaluated in 2006 and 2013 study programmes in order to guarantee a high standard.
In 2021, reaccreditation was confirmed by the German Accreditation Council for another eight years.
Since 2018, ZEvA has accompanied the evaluation procedure, and the accreditation itself is issued by the Germman Accreditation Council. The evaluation is intended to verify whether the TiHo meets the minimum requirements for the master's degree program set out in an EU directive. Short visits to the courses, discussions with students, professors, scientific staff as well as with employees from the technical service and administration were part of the program of the evaluators.
