Documents for de-registration
Application for de-registrationOnly required if you wish to be de-registred on a certain date or wish to discontinue your doctorate. Otherwise, you will be automatically de-registered at the end of the semester after successfully completing your doctorate.
Application for termination of supervisionIf the supervisory agreement is to be terminated and the doctorate not to be continued. Please note that your dissertation announcement will also lose its validity.
