General information
Our opening hours are Monday - Thursday from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm and on Friday from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm.
Please register at the secretary's office at +49-511/953-8778 if you would like visit with live or dead animals or other specimens. Our address and route to our clinic can be found here.
Please note that we refer found or wild birds as well as animals with injuries such as broken bones or diseases that require surgery to our colleagues at the Clinic for Pets, Reptiles and Birds, as they have x-ray, ultrasonic and anesthesia equipment available.
If you wish to send samples for examination, please include a completed submission form with the shipment. Shipments are not accepted on weekends, so please avoid shipping on Thursday and Friday. If applicable, store dead animals at refrigerator temperature over the weekend and ship on Monday.
