Responsibilities of the Scripting Unit
The Lecture Notes Department supports you throughout your degree with lecture notes written by students – from pre-clinical to clinical subjects. The lecture notes are produced by students for students. You can easily buy them in paper form from the AStA for just a few euros. We also supply gloves, scalpel blades and dissection kits for your dissection classes, so that you’re fully equipped.
We also organise a locker clearance campaign once a term to ensure that lockers no longer in use are freed up, so that everyone has space for their protective clothing and materials.
Lockers campaign
At the Alter Ponystall, Heizzentrale and Richard-Götze-Haus sites, as well as in the basement of the Gynaecology Department at RiKli, you’ll find lockers that you can use free of charge – for example, to store your protective clothing.
To reserve a locker, all you need is your own padlock. You can then simply choose any locker you like and write your name on the locker sticker. An unlocked locker is considered unoccupied. During the winter term, we always replace the locker stickers once, following prior notice.
Once you have reserved a locker, you simply need to write your name on the new locker sticker. You have around two months to do this, after which we will open all lockers that are locked and do not have a name on them. The contents of the lockers can then be collected by their rightful owners from the AStA by the specified date.
