Konrad Bögel Young Scientists Award

The promotion of young scientists is an important goal of the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover Foundation. Excellent work by young scientists in the fields of veterinary epidemiology or veterinary public health is honored with the Konrad Bögel Young Scientists Award for Veterinary Epidemiology and Veterinary Public Health.

The award is sponsored by the Förderverein für angewandte Epidemiologie und Ökologie e.V. (FEP) and is to be awarded once a year for a publication. Accepted publications in both international and national peer-reviewed journals may be submitted. Applicants should not have exceeded the age of 40 at the time of application. An independent commission decides on the award.
