Working focus

  • Reproduction of wild boars (long-term monitoring of female reproductive success)
  • Dealing with invasive mammal species using the example of nutria and muskrat in Lower Saxony, Germany and Europe with questions on biodiversity, animal welfare, monitoring methods and zoonoses
  • Capture and anesthesia of wild animals in different project issues
  • Science transfer and communication on issues related to wildlife-human interactions
