Post Congress Tour to Hamburg (Sunday, 29 July 2018):

 

Dear colleagues,

 

Please, note some very important and urgent information:

 

(1) The expenses for this trip are not covered by the congress fee.

 

(2) The costs will be approximately 80.00 Euros, including

(a) bus/train to Hamburg (probably starting between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.) and back to Hannover (ending around 9 p.m.);

(b) guided city tour (on bus, in English);

(c) boat trip visiting the harbor and the surroundings of the newly opened Elbphilharmonie.

(d) Meals are not included, but we could make reservations in a nice restaurant in the Portuguese Village near the famous St. Michael’s Church (Michel); buffet approx. 26.00 Euros (Hamburg is an expensive city!).

(e) Please, remember that department stores and most of the shops/boutiques are closed on Sundays.

 

(3) The tickets for public transfer (bus, train), guided city tour and boat trip have to be pre-paid by us, the organizers.

 

(4) Considering item 3, all participants who have already stated to be interested in this tour, please, CONFIRM by filling in the Request Form “Post Congress Tour to Hamburg” (as pdf-file or word-document) and sending it via email to eava2018(at)tiho-hannover.de; doing so you declare that you (and accompanying persons) will surely participate and that you are ready to pay at the registration desk in Hannover.

Deadline: Sunday, 17 June 2018.

 

(4) 15 more places are still available. Please, register now by sending an e-mail (give names of accompanying persons!) and CONFIRM by filling in the Request form “Post Congress Tour to Hamburg” (as pdf-file or word-document) and sending it via email to eava2018(at)tiho-hannover.de; doing so you declare that you (and accompanying persons) will surely participate and that you are ready to pay at the registration desk in Hannover. These registrations will be served on a first-come-first-serve basis.
