Dear animal owners,
we will continue to be on duty for you and your animal and sincerely request that you adhere to the following rules of conduct when visiting the institution:
Please check in to discuss the procedure.
Please wear a mouth-nose mask inside the institution.
Do not come if you have had contact with someone who has tested positive or if you have tested positive yourself.
If possible, please come with your animal without an accompanying person. Especially elderly people and children should stay at home if possible.
We have your animal's welfare at heart and will not leave you alone if your animal falls ill and needs our help. If you are unable to come to us yourself, please give the person bringing the animal an informal power of attorney and your contact details.
With these measures we protect you and our staff. At the same time, we are helping to prevent the spread of the virus. Therefore, please understand that we must reserve the right to deny access to the institution to persons who are obviously ill. If you test positive for a coronavirus infection within 14 days of your visit, please let us know.
